NOTICE is hereby given that on the 22nd of May 2018, the Board of Directors declared a final dividend (number 23) of 0.51 US cents per share payable out of the profits of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2018.
The dividend will be payable on or about the 14th of June 2018 to shareholders in the Group’s register at the close of business on 8 June 2018. Disbursements to foreign shareholders is subject to Exchange Control Approval and payment guidelines for foreign payments. The dividend will be paid by direct transfers or other approved forms as per the following timetable:
